Do You Accept Returns?

Yes, on certain items. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Return Shipping

・You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
・Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
・Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note: We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For returns over a certain value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Missing or Lost packages

Exchange

If your package is missing or lost, please contact us immediately. We’re happy to assist you!
Please note: We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot recover or re-ship packages in these cases.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

・Return the Item: Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging.
